• Creating 3-dimensional lighting simulation models using DiaLux software and calculating OTTV and RTTV for 3 new project buildings.• Conducting visits to 2 new construction projects, measuring natural and artificial lighting, assessing water flow rates, calculating green area sizes, and verifying materials used in compliance with ISO 14001.• In charge of developing 3-dimensional building models using SketchUp, followed by simulations using Sefaira.• Conducting Appropriate Site Development (ASD) checks for levels 2 and 3 at one of the new construction projects, identifying functional buildings (places of worship, banks, hospitals, etc.) within a 1.5 km radius of the planned building.• Calculating Area of Services, Gross Floor Area (GFA), and Net Leasable Area (NLA) for 1 hospital project.
