The FACT Coalition is a non-partisan alliance of more than 100 state, national, and international organizations working toward a fair tax system that addresses the challenges of a global economy and promoting policies to combat the harmful impacts of corrupt financial practices. This work is foundational to promoting democracy and functioning markets worldwide and hastening solutions to collective challenges, such as climate change.

• Work directly with the executive team to implement strategic decisions for an approximately $ 3 billion enterprise value family of companies focusing on energy logistics and infrastructure, including to coordinate and lead TransMontaigne’s 2019 take-private transaction• Draft, negotiate and manage key transactional documents, including acquisition, disposition and merger agreements, financing agreements, real estate agreements, a variety of commercial agreements, and organizational documents for the family of companies and our private equity sponsor• Coordinate consideration of federal and state tax questions arising from transactions• Oversee SEC compliance and related filings for TransMontaigne • Supervise and manage external counsel in connection with a variety of legal matters
