As a Recruitment Consultant at 4Social Work, it is my job to place qualified social workers and administration staff into locum and permanent positions in the South West of the UK and South London with local authorities and private organisations. • Placing qualified social workers and administration staff within locum and permanent positions• Interviewing candidates both via telephone and face to face to build up a good rapport and make sure we place them in the right team for them.• Calling clients across London and the South West of UK and finding out if they have any recruitment needs.• Meetings with clients to see how 4Social Work can help fill their recruitment needs and let them know more about the agency and myself who they will be working with.• Providing aftercare and servicing working candidates weekly.• Gaining referrals from satisfied candidates and clients to help develop the business • Ensure that I have a basic understanding of disciplines within social services sector and understanding of job descriptions.• Reading up of relevant articles so I have always have an idea of what is going on in the sector• Running weekly payroll to ensure all candidates are paid on time
