I'm fastidious; annoying for my partner, however brilliant for my work. I love ensuring we deliver for clients on all their needs, in particular going above and beyond, delivering the extra-mile to delight clients. I have a passion for using digital technology for the seamless client experience. I am (not yet) a tech nerd, I am however, very into tech and how tech can be utilised to enrich and advance the client engagement.In all my roles I have enjoyed the delivery of the project, seeing the final outcome and the delight of clients, from ideation to finished execution. My experience has evolved from the work I have been engaged in and the projects that my employers have entrusted upon myself. This development, is mostly self-learning and lots of trust from my employers, based on my past delivered successes.Problem-solving and mental stimulation, along with teaming with colleagues and clients provides the most fulfilling and rewarding work. This brings out the best in my capabilities and energises myself, which in-turn energises others.I have evolved my career through a small number of employers. I personally value being part of a team, creating strong bonds and team loyalty. However, I am also capable of free-thinking and working alone, on completing activities and executing to deadlines. I am adaptable and ensure completion and success as deliverables need to flex.I like staying current with technology trends, always learning as I have an inquisitive mind and like to expand my knowledge. My colleagues enjoy working with myself, sharing, learning and enhancing the clients experience through the projects we deliver.
