- Manage and design overall Supplier relationship, strategy, and business needs for resin at Berry Global.- Review all available technology, operations, opportunities, and supply chain challenges with suppliers.- Contract management and compliance.- Qualify suppliers, create risk assessments and make ongoing recommendations regarding suppliers, their reliability, competitive pressures, capabilities, financial health, and market strengths/weaknesses.

Lead the development & implementation of a new innovation stage gate process & associated tools- Develop processes to ensure cross functional & customer alignment with investments- Develop portfolio management procedures in order to properly balance risks & opportunities- Ensure routine progress updates and gating approvals are occurring- Formulate market insights into actionable strategy roadmaps & development projects- Ensure innovation and sustainability efforts are delivering to revenue & EBITDA targets

Lead a team of talented project managers, and material scientists responsible for:- Building and executing on a pipeline of projects to achieve cost out targets- Developing tools and analytical methods to identify supply chain risk as well as more easily identify cost out projects with a high probability of success- Leading complex multi-site material, mold and equipment transitions- Serving as material subject matter experts responsible for identifying best cost materials; leading root cause analysis of processing issues; and advising on regulatory matters.- Managing a portfolio of activities aimed at achieving Berry Global's 2025 sustainability goals (supplier identification & development, recycled resin streams & additive development / qualification, internal & external education on the circular economy, facilitating customer ideation sessions).

• Active participant and division lead for International Alliances, Acquisitions, Joint Ventures & Green Field facilities: identify targets, develop white papers and strategic rationale for target candidates, cultivate key relationships in conjunction with Berry executives and corporate development, develop synergy models, drive due diligence efforts and coordinate Berry-wide activities to close acquisitions. • Identify opportunities and develop executable plans to grow in target geographies (Asia). • Drive the development, coordination and deployment of the division’s annual strategic plan.• Coordinate industry & competitive analysis and benchmarking with the Global Market Development team.
