At Lithko, I am responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of our technology roadmap. Through this roadmap, my teams drives the adoption of cross-functional initiatives to digitally transform the organization and yield more effective / efficient outcomes. In addition, I oversee our data and analytics team that is responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of our data - ensuring that our stakeholders can make timely and accurate decisions. Lastly, my team is responsible for the management and end-user support of our business applications, to include our third-party vendors who provide our network, telecommunications, and help desk support.In addition, I oversee the team that drives inorganic growth through merger and acquisition activity. Our M&A team helps identify and filter potential targets, performs due diligence, and works with these newly acquired businesses to integrate them into the Lithko family.

While at L-3 Communications I helped create and deploy L3 Excellence - a program aimed at translating strategic goals into execution and driving a continuous improvement mindset into the culture of the organization. Using the strategic goal deployment methodology, I led the executive Leadership team in identifying, prioritizing, and selecting critical process improvement projects that reduced waste of processes, improved quality of products, and decreased product’s time to market. To execute these projects, I coached black and green belt candidates through the implementation of lean and six sigma concepts to make processes more effective and efficient.

During my 8+ years I led client engagements that helped global organizations solve complex supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing issues. In support of these clients, my teams provided continuous improvement, project management, and change management solutions that drove better supply chain planning, enhanced operational support to the customer, and enabled more efficient maintenance operations.
