After starting in Anheuser-Busch’s People Trainee Program in the summer of 2017, Ryan Hall has progressed quickly through five roles. He now serves as the People Director for the Williamsburg Brewery. His main responsibility is driving autonomy and building great teams.Previously, Ryan held multiple People Business Partner roles at Anheuser-Busch. Most recently, his role of Director of Target Setting, Cascading & Continuous Improvement (TSC) was responsible for Anheuser-Busch’s end-to-end Target Setting, Cascading, Monitoring, Review, and Appraisal processes across the North American Zone - directly linking company & individual performance to variable compensation. Prior to his role in TSC, he was the People Business Partner the Marketing and Beyond Beer departments in varying capacities at Anheuser-Busch’s Commercial Strategy Office. In this role, Ryan managed our People Cycle processes for these two client groups. Ryan developed robust engagement plans year over year to increase engagement of our employee population with focuses on D&I, Communication and Collaboration, Empowerment and Effectiveness, Growth and Development; Increasing the Marketing team's engagement YoY to current high of 84%. Additionally, Ryan supported our VP of draftLine, AB’s first internal digital creative agency, by growing the team to 135 people working across 5 locations (NYC, LA, ATX, MIA, STL).Prior to his People Business Partner role for Marketing, Ryan was the People Business Partner for our Loveland, CO distribution center. In this role Ryan supported multiple employee population types of hourly to salaried management level positions. Ryan also led the People Pillar for our Distribution Process Optimization and was award the 2018 North America People Manager of the year for outstanding performance in this routine management system.Ryan is a graduate of the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC where he double majored in Marketing and Human Resources Management. Ryan also spent a semester in the spring of 2016 studying Liberal Arts at the University of Salzburg in Austria.
