Following a very successful start to life on the Rolls-Royce account I was promoted to Senior Recruiter. In addition to the duties of a Recruiter I now took responsibility for training of new starters in certain topics and providing refresher training to existing team members.I was also part of AMS mentor programme where I helped mentor new trainee recruiters through their 6 week intense training. This included talking through the role of a recruiter, insights training via LinkedIn, proposing CV's/Candidates to HM's, how to write adverts and qualifying both roles and candidates.I took more of a strategic stance when joining campaign update calls with Senior People Partners within Rolls-Royce and lending advice on potential ways to best navigate the current market and any potential sticking points within current pipelines and time to hire.

As a recruiter for Rolls-Royce, I am responsible for managing a number of requisitions both internal and external. This is an end to end role where I work with the hiring community to take role requirements, discuss sourcing and attraction strategies, collaborate with HM's on CV feedback and interviews, providing feedback to candidates and extending offers. In addition to the above duties I lead on high volume campaigns across Civil Aerospace, roles range from entry level through to higher management.

Working along side Centrica’s partner delivery team I am responsible for the recruitment of gas engineers in to PH Jones as well as one off professional hires for other area’s of the Centrica business.I have a full 360 role from job briefings, sourcing, interviewing, offering and on-boarding. As well as this I partner and consult with managers around recruitment strategy and market conditions to ensure we are taking all the right steps to making the best hires possible. I have been involved in process improvements and one off projects.
