● Throughout my two years at Aerotek Aviation, I've partnered with Account Managers to identify qualified candidates using a variety of recruiting and sourcing tools. My daily responsibilities included screening through candidates, scheduling interviews, assisting with candidate onboarding, and communicating with industry contacts. The recruiting environment is fast paced, high volume, it requires extreme attention to detail, and adaptability. ● One such industry contact is Propulsion Technologies International, an aviation engine repair shop located in Miramar, FL. At present, my contractors represent more than 90% of Aerotek’s total headcount onsite. With the assistance of the Account Manager, Propulsion Technologies International has become one of the largest accounts for Aerotek Aviation in the state of Florida. This account is just one of the many in which I play a hands-on role for both recruitment and client communication.● Utilizing a strategic partnership with the Aerotek sales team, I have increased my weekly revenue growth by 10k since the start of Q1. This growth has resulted in me reaching an all-time high of 13,898 in weekly spread. Aerotek Aviation has represented a cornerstone of my early career growth and the experience I've attained in my role as a recruiter has proven to be invaluable.
