Handled all aspects of the daily branch procedures emphasizing on: Coaching & developing sales behaviors with Bankers, maintaining a positive environment between tellers, Customer Service Specialists, and Bankers to generate growth for the branch, managing the lobby to ensure customer needs are met at all times by the appropriate staff, and demonstrating the sales behaviors at an expert level. Handled all aspects of a running a casual dining restaurant: Daily opening of store and registers, preparing of fresh menu items, invoice ordering and staff scheduling, creating daily action plan for kitchen crew and front of house crew, training of staff in both handling of food and customer service, going into the community to secure catering and fundraising events, supporting the General Manager in keeping the restaurant profitable.
