Ryan joined his father, Kenneth E. Hamilton, in 1996 to work in the family business. That business was Hamilton Properties Corporation which was formed in 1968. The business was set up for development, construction and management of apartment homes for the following state and federal agencies of government: USDA/Rural Development in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and Nebraska; Missouri Housing Development Commission, Kansas Housing Resources Corporation, Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency, Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and Nebraska Investment Finance Agency. Ryan’s roll working within the company has evolved over the past fifteen (16) years to his current role of Vice President of Hamilton Properties Corporation. Throughout this time with the company, he has earned higher property management certifications such as S.T.A.R. (Spectrum Training Award Recipient) and Certified Property Manager (CPM).
