Transitioned to the supply chain organization to replicate process improvements and ensure the accuracy of two clinical study programs for commercial and clinical supply shipments. I achieved my objectives by defining the framework for supply chain logistics, designing the global supply chain development plan, creating vendor RFPs, and constantly measuring progress against predetermined milestones. Cut vendor costs after negotiating proposals using the federal System for Award Management (SAM), Veeva eTMF, and Oracle.Coordinated packaging updates aligning Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) label texts and proofs across languages, translations, and international regulatory requirements. Wrote interim reports, shipment databases, and other materials for the global supply chain and finance divisions.

Here, I was recruited to translate strategic discussions into action to deliver large, complex, and high-risk projects in partnership with executive leaders. I specifically established a cadence with the cross-functional Product Leadership Team (PLT) to support the Galidesivir (BCX4430) antiviral program. Additionally, I managed complex project lifecycles including defining key milestones, timelines, and record of bid proposals, invoices, estimates, etc. Co-directed and authored the multimillion-dollar Summary of Proposed Costs for a clinical study. Facilitated monthly briefs with the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA).

I was hired as a thought partner and strategic advisor for a $15M operation, delivering insight on a variety of financial and operational initiatives and projects. Once grounded in the company culture, I optimized workflows and communication strategies to eliminate bottlenecks, while reducing inefficiencies, travel delays, and other areas of risk.
