I worked as a bartender at Southern Roots for 2 years and was then promoted to Distribution Manager for a year before I gained the opportunity to help on the production side things where I became one of the brewers. During this time I also gained customer service experience and organizational techniques to assist me in future endeavors. I also have gained a wealth of knowledge in terms of wholesale account management, supply chain management, TABC compliance, and QA/QC, Brewing, recipe building, cellaring experience. Our beers span all across the board but our specialty is in clean drinking lagers. Before coming on at Southern Roots full time I was a Water Mitigation Specialist where I reviewed claims for a variety of different carriers managing up to 60 claims at a time ranging from $2,500-$120,000 and dealing with Water, Fire, Mold, and Trauma losses. Before being promoted to the Large/Commercial Loss team managing up to 20 claims ranging anywhere from $65,000-$1,250,000. In conjunction with reviews I would provide on-site consulting for insurance carriers prior to work being started.
