Assisted Kubrick with their systems administration using the Zoho SaaS suite prior to the commencement of my technical training. Collaborated with various internal stakeholders to resolve systems bugs, develop new system features and implement business automations.

Year in Industry placement spent working as a Process Engineer on additively manufactured components of Renishaw's innovative Drug Delivery System.

Fast paced bar work in a busy students' union. Involves adapting to working in various environments with varying demographics. Responsible for delivering high standards of customer service alongside other duties.

Research placement with qualified staff and research students at Swansea University. The project aim was to create outreach material for the applications of quantum control, which could then be used to introduce the general public to this area of research through presentations and workshops. The initial stages of the project were spent independently researching the underlying theoretical concepts of quantum mechanics, before moving onto how these phenomena are practically utilised in industry. Post-research I collaborated with another research student to simplify the researched concepts and create appropriate outreach material; including quizzes, video demonstrations, games and presentations. The placement concluded with an individual report on the project.
