We do this by identifying, locating and knowing by name all people dwelling outdoors then prioritizing services based upon their presenting issues and acuity. I believe homelessness can be ended in the Grand Traverse region by coordinating efforts through prioritizing resources and services to the most vulnerable people, creating opportunities and empowerment for long-term housing stability.
