Responsible to manage production operation as Front-Line Manager in shift basis that consists of spray dryer line, Bag in Box (BIB) line, canning line, small sachet line, and material preparation team, with focus on Tailored-Nutrition products for local and export sales. 2. Ensure the production process complies with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and as well as WISE (safety procedure)3. Manage production system to continuously improve with focus on volume, quality, and safety as according to AOP (annual operation plan).4. Ensure all production verification, line clearance, and CCP/OPRP are properly conducted by the production team.5. Ensure OTIF, lead time batch processing, production yield, and batch closing can be achieved according to the planned target.6. Coordinate with various department including QA, supply chain, and engineering so that the routine commercial production can run according to the schedule.7. In charge of Powder Risk Management Point of Contact (POC) to ensure all safety procedures related to ATEX can be fulfilled and complied.8. In charge of "Sweat the Dryer" project to increase capacity of spray dryer of Sentul plant to become 7500 MT annually by implementing several methodologies including base powder throughput review, CIP SMED, and losses mapping.

1. Manage team that consists of formulation team and filling team to conduct day to day routine operation.2. Manage team to conduct autonomous maintenance for formulation and filling equipment in order to reduce machine breakdown.3. Manage team to conduct process continuous improvement (by applying Plan-Do-Check-Act method) to improve formulation and filling process. Improvement is implemented by change control management.4. Ensure OTIF, lead time batch processing, production yield, and batch closing can be achieved according to the planned target. In addition, monitor filling process OEE for every batch as the basis for continuous improvement.5. Developing process validation based on risk assessment (together with R&D, QA, and QC) that includes developing quality target product profile (QTPP), critical quality attributes (CQA), and critical process parameter (CPP).6. Manage team that consists of formulation team and filling team to conduct preparation of conformance batch that includes master batch record (MBR) preparation, installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ), and performance qualification (PQ) of new equipment, and conducting engineering run both in small scale and full scale (together with R&D department).7. Manage team to conduct routine PQ for all machine includes filling machine, filling isolator, formulation tank, laminar air flow, and autoclave.8. Ensure that all deviations are handled through deviation handling and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) procedure.9. Ensure that production batch record are filled correctly and ensure that material usage of particular batch is documented correctly in Oracle ERP system.

Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for process of chromatography and Low pH Inactivation3. Create sequence program method for chromatography process including ion exchange chromatography and affinity chromatography.4. Calculate material and energy balance of Naphtha Hydrotreating Plant (Plant 4) and Platforming Plant (Plant 5) of PT. Pertamina. My responsibility is also to calculate the corrosion rate of both plants. The mass balance is applied to the software which is called Corrosion Mapping Emulator to simulate the corrosion dynamic of each plant with different crude oil assays.
