Serve as a key member of the project management team to oversee the design, testing, installation, and commissioning of HVAC systems for commercial customers. Resolve complex design issues to continually improve processes and support the team on implementing exemplary design and drafting techniques. Manage projects from $2K to $200K by completing job estimates, project timelines, scheduling, onsite coordination, and resolving quality issues. Work closely with vendors to secure preferred pricing to keep projects within agreed-upon budgets.Work jointly with onsite field personnel and contractors to communicate results of site inspections and implement corrective action related to any safety deficiencies and quality issues.Review technical drawings to identify any proposed design elements that could potentially impact the functioning, installation, and/or commissioning of systems.Regularly report to customers and company leaders on project status, challenges, and associated risks preventing projects from moving forward.Ensure compliance with industry standards and commitments made to the customer in an effort to build the company’s reputation among other professionals.Monitor field operations, maintain project documentation and field reports, review team performance, and execute responsibilities safely, on time, and within budget.
