I work closely with clients on day-to-day needs within their facilities. Focusing on continuous improvement within the patient, caregiver, and administrative areas.

I work to maintain the wellbeing of the front desk and the clients that come through our doors. When crisis or unpleasant customers come through I can handle the situations. I am to make sure all clientele is helped, taken care of and all medical information is received and inserted in the system. My daily responsibilities also included selling memberships and training/motivating the other wellness coordinators with their sales as well. Handling all phone calls, filing all information and doing all reception work is a part of my daily routine. If any issues are to come of the facility I am to work to fix them, get them resolved, or sent to my clinical administrator to get it taken care of. I help to train all new employees and work with them through their first weeks. I am responsible for maintain all clinical needs for each day.
