This position implies accompanying and overseeing 4-5 young men out of high school who give a year to the Church by running youth nights in parishes, giving mentoring to boys, running retreats in schools, etc.Lead many small group discussions based upon the Gospels and Church teaching, especially St John Paul II’s Theology of the Body, given many presentation and talks on Church teaching to a variety of people from primary education to university level, managed over fifty people in a classroom setting.Mentored over 100 young men in middle school and high school in their spiritual, intellectual, character, and apostolic formation.Participated in the training of over 150 young men out of high school preparing to give a year of missionary work in the United States, chaperoned over the same amount of young people on mission trips and pilgrimages to Jamaica, Mexico, the Holy Land, and Rome.
