• Specialized in the identification of organized retail crime and worked to resolve the theft through the apprehension of high dollar theft cases.
• Reported major theft events for stores within the reporting system in order to gather time data analysis of boosters within the group.
• Apprehensions conducted and passed on to my market investigator in order to identify Fences or other avenues who would sell our merchandise outside of the Target Stores.
• Routinely educate our teams on how to deter theft within the stores when no loss prevention associates were available.
