As a Project Manager at Pogue, my key responsibility is to provide service to my clients and ensure their goals and expectations are met. My job duties include being involved in the bidding process (bid packages/scopes), managing all financial (internal/external) aspects of the project, negotiating and buying out subcontracts, processing and reviewing Sub and Owner pay applications, mentoring and overseeing the growth of other team members (APM's, PE's, Interns).

As a Assistant PM at Pogue, I am involved with the project from buyout through substantial completion. This involves working with the Project Manager in buying out contracts, receiving/reviewing/distributing RFI's and Submittals, updating Construction Documents, leading OAC meetings, distributing meeting minutes, coordinating subcontractors, change order management and project closeout documentation. I am a team member who works closely with Owners, Subcontractors and Architects to ensure the project is built on time and within budget.

As an Estimator for BTC, I create subcontractor bidders lists, distribute invitations to bid, lead pre-proposal meetings, develop subcontractor proposal packages for CMAR projects, issue scope reviews after bids to guarantee the complete scope of work is covered, perform quantity takeoffs, electronically post all addenda, assist the Chief Estimator in preparing and setting the GMP, work with the design team to ensure clients budget is met, while always continuing to build lasting relationships with Subcontractors, Owners and Architects.
