• I joined the Applied Bolting team in 2017 to help develop and launch the best new solution in flange bolting. It’s a small company and I find myself filling multiple roles including:
• Project management (and training others)
• Packaging designer (physical containers as well as graphics for both Litho and Flexo printing.)
• Product manual designer (simplified and pictorialized our installation manuals
• Prototyper of jigs, fixtures, and various manufacturing and lab test equipment with the goal of improving reliability, optimizing workflow
• Automated laser marking system design engineer (Yup, I got to build a freak’n laser station that could expand and be modified as our needs changed)
