• Develop, maintain and deepen relationships with direct referral sources (chiropractic clinics, physical therapists, massage therapists) through clinic visits within territory.• Create lasting partnerships within the chiropractic community• Increased referral average from 15.5 to 22 personal injury cases through first year• Assist with planning and attend continuing education and other marketing events representing DBD• Coordinate client intakes, complete client intake and provide referral recommendations with a transparent level of compassion, commitment to treating our clients as our north star and set proper expectations (ongoing communication)• Act as liaison between client, providers and attorney/office• Analyze conversations/interactions and provide feedback to peers/attorneys• Work closely with team of attorneys to increase footprint within the Seattle/Tacoma market• Maintain consistent contact with office personnel to coordinate client referrals out, billing, etc.• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding personal injury law• Exceed assigned quotas (clinic visits, referrals, activities).
