Ryan Haynes is a Howard University Senior, Electrical Engineering major, Spanish minor from Atlanta, Georgia. Ryan is a passionate mentor who advocates for the increase of minority representation within the Engineering field. He is working on pursuing a career in Medical Devices where he can apply engineering concepts to the field of medicine to improve healthcare quality and equity. On Howard's campus, he serves as the Vice President of Georgia Club and an active member of the National Society of Black Engineers. He is looking to further his knowledge and expertise to advance himself within the med device industry so that he may give back to his community. Ryan is open to gaining more experiences, learning from others, and teaching others.Outside of university involvement, Ryan is a servant to his community, a hard-working individual, and an avid soccer fan. Ryan aspires to be a role model for youth and a change agent in his community.Expected Graduation Date: May 2025
