Provides technical consulting related to the acquisition of new systems and standards and the implementation of new applications on existing systems. Prepares technical whitepapers and develops user test cases that assist the decision-making process.3. Supports application modification, maintenance, and enhancement through programming, database development, report writing, and data manipulation. Analyses system performance and provides recommendations for the development of capacity plans. Delivers technical recommendations related to data conversion and transitions between different applications within PHSA.4. Leads, and participates in, the analysis, acceptance criteria definition, development, and testing, training, implementation, and maintenance phases of assigned projects. Carries out post-implementation reviews and makes recommendations for improvements.5. Provides staff training and orientation to our customer support team, and develops supporting instructional material for the staffing and timekeeping application.
