Responsible for managing all blue collar recruitment within HWE Maintenance Services. Provide policy support and advice for management, including industrial relations issues; visit company mine sites to assist with the roll out of the HWE Maintenance Services Operations Agreement. Monitor and manage all employees qualifications, licenses and tickets to ensure site compliance with clients requirements.
