Ryan Hebert has served as Business Information Security Officer (BISO) of the New York Stock Exchange, Fixed Income & Data Services, & ICE Clear Credit business units since August of 2022. He leads the cybersecurity program for those businesses, securing critical economic infrastructure and managing risk across multiple subsidiaries, geographies, and regulatory jurisdictions. Further, Hebert is responsible for informing ICE Boards, representing ICE in regulatory exams, and working on the Hill to shape proposed domestic and foreign regulation which would impact the businesses in his remit.Prior to his role as BISO, Hebert served as Senior Director of the Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance team, a group he established and led since joining the company in 2009. Hebert also serves as the ICE representative in industry groups such as Financial Services - Info Sharing and Analysis Center (“FS-ISAC”), Analysis & Resilience Center (“ARC”), and National Technology Security Coalition (“NTSC”). Hebert holds a Bachelor of Information Systems and Decision Sciences from Louisiana State University (GEAUX Tigers!), and volunteers on multiple boards in his community in the greater Atlanta area.
