Started as an onboarding representative in September where the job was to help customers who were specifically in their first 30 days with the company and to make sure that the customer leaves with a better image of the company than the one they called in with. This role requires complete attention to detail so that the customer does not have to worry about how their account is set up.• Started assisting in different call types in February of 2017, including Retail Support and General Care. The variety of call types is great experience for dealing with a variety off clients and customers.
