As a Program Manager at Teleplan International, I take ownership of all aspects of the businesses to which I am assigned. This includes, but is not limited to, inventory levels and accuracy, performance against KPIs and SLAs, financial performance, staff management, customer relationship management, etc. I regularly interface with all other functional departments, assigning priorities as necessary to ensure that my businesses are performing to expectations and that all of the businesses' needs are being met. My responsibilities include:- Complete ownership for all aspects of the business's performance - Complete responsibility for business financial performance to budget including P&L, inventory levels, invoicing, cash flow, etc.- Managing a diverse staff, both direct and indirect reports- Ensuring appropriate staffing levels- Creating production plans and setting production goals- Interfacing with all other functional departments including IT, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc. to ensure that all business needs are being met- Drive business success by ensuring that all responsible parties are completing assigned tasks- Manage a large and diverse set of ongoing projects to drive continuous business improvement- Gain deep business insights by building reports and dashboards using Power BI, Power Pivot, etc- Delegate tasks in an effective manner to ensure that my team is as successful as possible with the tools available- Develop direct reports in order to give them the tools and skills necessary to take the next steps in their careers- Actively manage the customer relationship, including any escalations that occur- Lead regular business reviews with the customer weekly, monthly, and quarterly

As a Production Supervisor at Teleplan International I was responsible for planning and maintaining all of the resources necessary to ensure that production processes met all expectations, including production volumes, customer SLAs, financial performance, etc. The work was often fast paced and full of unforeseen challenges, making it necessary for me to be flexible and able to work and think at a fast pace. My responsibilities included the following:- Supervising as many as 3 production lines concurrently- Staff management including a maximum of 60 direct reports- Continuous development of staff utilizing regular review processes- P&L management for all supervised production lines- Process management- Continuous process improvement- Maintenance of production area- Setting financial and production targets- Measuring performance against KPIs and other SLAs- Interfacing with customers. Providing feedback on pricing, process changes, etc.
