In my role as PLM Practice Lead at Systems Innovation Engineering (SIE), an Accelint company, I lead the development of innovative software and systems solutions for Aerospace, Government, and Defense clients. I focus on integrating PLM solutions to enhance operational readiness, streamline technical data management, and optimize lifecycle processes for businesses of all sizes. By unifying legacy systems, I drive digital transformation across diverse networks of assets and supply chains for our customers. In this role I am responsible for building and growing qualified teams to service our customers as well as assisting in winning new and growing existing business in the PLM space.

Responsible for and managed a global team of 50+ contractor/vendor technical architects, developers, and analysts that implemented functionality and migrated data into the Windchill Global PLM system with PTC's Windchill Bulk Migrator. Responsible for technical solutions to consolidate multiple legacy PLM systems into one (SAP, AGILE PLM, MatrixOne, etc.). Managed/authorized configurations/customizations with scalability and supportability in mind. Managed/authorized integrations including connections to multiple ERP instances of SAP, Multiple Labelling tools (PRISYM and INNOVATUM ROBAR), Master Data Management (P360 and Syndigo), Regulatory Submission Tools, etc. Coordinated activities with the “Service Delivery Manager” for PTC software updates or acquisitions of additional software as needed. Responsible for each part of the digital thread that touches PLM and managed the solutions for the pieces that live in Windchill. Supported the “Training Lead”, “Service Delivery Manager”, and the “Product Managers” with technical oversight and prioritization for their PI and sprint delivery. Assisted with emergency production related technical issue resolution in coordination with the “Service Delivery Manager” and production support partners. Responsible for SNN's first implementation of MPMLink, Windchill ESI, Batch Printing Services, and Creo View MCAD and for continuing to buildout existing PDMLink and Design Control for Med Device modules. Managed PTC relationship through engagement with PTC executive leadership. Leveraged toolsets that included: Azure DevOps, MIRO, Katalon, SonarCube/SonarCloud, Azure Cloud Services, MS Teams, GIT, etc.

Contractor through VACO supporting SNN as their Lead Windchill Solution Architect responsible for Global PLM development, deployment, and sustainment.

On contract with the DoD serving as a Workstream Lead / Lead Solution Architect for PTC’s Windchill suite of software. Leveraging a cloud based modern SaaS & DaaS environments, our mission is to provide enterprise and field-level capability to acquire, field, and sustain weapon systems’ digital twin information effectively and efficiently. This implementation enabled predictive analysis and modeling that improved material availability and reliability, increased readiness, and reduced the Operating and Support (O&S) cost for the customer. I managed a team of PTC architects, developers, training staff, and other technical resources leveraging Agile methodology for software development. I engaged with technical/subject matter expert government personnel daily to design, develop/configure, migrate data into, test, and field this system. Leveraged toolsets that included: Confluence, DI2E, JIRA, MS Project, etc.
