I work with our sales teams throughout the Southeastern United States to grow our business in multiple distribution channels. A key focus of this role is is improving our core competencies while embracing new potentials in the chemical marketplace. I am responsible for bids/contract management, sales monitoring, profitability, talent acquisition and sales growth.

I help manage the growth and sales of representatives across 10 states. My job duties include Sales Management, Talent Acquisition, P&L monitoring, Water Treatment Sales and Business Development.

I worked with our Southern Louisiana representatives on sales plans and participated in sales calls to increase growth within the territory. My job responsibilities included working on local quotes and proposals, creating sales presentations and working with representatives to achieve success in a multitude of industries across Louisiana.

Baton Rouge, Louisiana Area

I was responsible for cultivating and maintaining existing business in South Louisiana. I managed and serviced treatment programs through field-testing, inventory management, application equipment troubleshooting, and client education. Responsibilities also included prospecting for new business, generating business proposals, and performing technical audits on systems for existing clients.

Worked with Home Depot business operations and logistics as well as external partners on time-sensitive issues. Proactively identified and reported procedural weaknesses, system issues, website errors and associate errors which impacted sales/profit. Routinely coordinated with multiple internal departments including (but not limited to) corporate/call center/store management, social media teams, transportation logistics, finance department, quality assurance department, IT department, merchants, buyers and sales support teams.
