I joined with TOTAL E&P INDONESIE through Pre Employment Training for Logistics Supervisor Training in 2002 year. Duration of training was two years, the process of training was guided by Logistics Management Consultant. The Training was divided in two sessioons,1st year in classroom and 2nd year Hand on training on site. As the name of training program, the subject of training related to management of transportation, contracting,procurement, inventory management, warehousing, lifting operation, and material knowledge. Besides that subject related to soft skill such as leadership, supervisory skill, team work and communication also were given.Since Total E&P Indonesie is an Oil&Gas Company, to have good knowledge and sense of operation, some of subjects related to Drilling operation,Well service and production were taugh during 1st training session. Furthermore , to have best practice, experience including the implementation, the theory was tested during Hands On Training on site. And at the end of training, allof trainee should make final project related to their finding during Hands On Training.It should be presented to Management and it would be examination for passing or not of training program.Continue..........
