A recent highlight is leading the business turnaround and ultimate sale of Energy Resourcing, a global independent subsidiary of the Worley Group. As Managing Director, we successfully navigated the business through COVID, restructured and diversified the business achieving year-on-year growth over a three-year period. I supported the sale end to end sale process of the business to Airswift and set up the business as a new global service line, achieving synergy, retention and client satisfaction targets.Another highlight is my significant contribution to the successful development of the Advisian (now Worley Consulting) consulting business line within Worley, from conception to a business which encompassed over 2,500 people, operating in 19 countries under a new brand. I led the development and implementation of organic and inorganic strategic initiatives to build the business into a global operation and subsequently held senior global and regional leadership roles across operations, strategy and finance.
