As a Registered Professional Engineer and Certified Floodplain Manager, Mr. Hill has designed and managed projects that include drainage rehabilitation, floodplain analysis & reclamation , single-family development, civil site projects, and municipal parks and capital improvement projects.Mr. Hill has exceptional technical engineering aptitude in infrastructure design and a thorough understanding of essential design principles of engineering. Through his years of work in North Texas, Mr. Hill has a developed a sound knowledge of local industry standards and development review processes. This experience allows Mr. Hill to understand the client’s vision at the beginning of a project and enables him to manage his projects in an efficient and effective manner.Mr. Hill holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington which has enabled him to effectively communicate amongst key Stakeholders and provide a Value Engineering perspective to his Clients. Mr. Hill consults his Clients from Entitlement to Close-Out by collaborating with all involved Municipalities, Counties, Utility Commissions, TxDOT, and other Governing Agencies to create synergistic opportunities for all Stakeholders.Mr. Hill is an active member of the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association, Texas Floodplain Management Association, Urban Land Institute, the American Council of Engineering Companies, as well as the Texas Society of Professional Engineers.
