- Delivery of LEEA training courses in England & Overseas - Monitoring of course material content, providing feedback to our design and development team - Coaching and mentoring -Organising and planning of training course preparation, set- up and delivery - Assisting with the development of new courses

My roles include Fleet management, Vehicle maintenance, Recovery of live/dead vehicles and inspection of Lifting equipment.

I was quickly made responsible for maintaining and servicing an SVR complete with lifting equipment. After the first 6 months I attended my Class 2 recovery training camp.Supported multiple exercises not only in the U.K. but in adverse conditions. The freezing temperatures in Canada and scorching desert of Oman, away for 4 months at a time.As time went on I became the senior Craftsman, which allowed me to mentor and take up more responsibility within the section.
