I reopened Hosemasters North America in a new location picked out by the corporate office in Australia. I started with zero customers or brand awareness and built it into multiple geographic service operation. I had to sell the concept of onsite service that was at a much higher price then customers were accustomed to paying. I sold franchise units and trained franchisees in sales, product knowledge, business operations, and mechanical techniques for removal and installation of high pressure hoses on equipment. Other duties included managing the day to day cash flow, opening accounts, negotiating contracts, securing bid opportunities, as well as managing and hiring of staff.

SalesPartners Anchorage was part of a global organization that helps small and mid‐sized business in the areas of sales and team building. Using different processes we would see a 15% to 85% increase in sales and revenue in a matter of weeks. I am a Certified Business Coach through SalesPartners Worldwide, Phoenix AZ, as well as a Certified in Public Speaking and Seminar Presenter

I was in charge of the semi truck division of the company. My duties include maintaining equipment in safe operating condition, inspection of incoming produce, scheduling of runs, maintaining an on time delivery system to rural customers and the Fairbanks warehouse, and driver when needed. On the sales side I created new markets and routes by cold calling and networking for new customers, increase sales with current customers or by introducing new products and offering other alternatives.

My main tasks where procurement of everything from food, to office supplies, heavy equipment parts, building maintenance and service contracts. An equally important day to day task was Freight Logistics; I was responsible for moving all goods and services from around the world to remote Alaska. Other tasks included, Food Service Coordinator, writing of Bid's, State Statute Compliance, and Fixed Asset Inventory.

Futures Technology was a commodity brokerage firm with clients from around the world. My job as manager was to oversee the day to day operations of the main branch and 2 branch offices. Also my duties involved building client relations, sales, compliance officer, anti‐money laundering compliance, and accounting compliance. All books had to be audited as well as day to day operation audits. During my time as manager of the firm zero violations by the National Futures Association (NFA), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) or auditing Accounting Firms. I sold my portion of the company.

Alpine Trading Advisors was a commodity trading advisory firm that helped clients receive up to a 200% annual return on investment. I did trading as well as handled the day to day operations of the company from website design, accounting, sales, compliance, and business development.

Central Mountain Transport was a long haul trucking company that operated in the lower 48 and Canada. I built the company on safety and our record showed it, as we were in the top 2% of the safest companies in the North America. I demanded safety of the drivers and their equipment. I also handled all the freight procurement, dispatch, safety compliance, accounting, and IFTA accounting. I decided to move on because I had an offer to buy the company.
