Education & Experience:In 2010 I joined Novus Labs to take the company from a small US operation, to a premier eng. services provider. Today Novus Labs supports the world's top consumer electronics companies through all phases of development. In about 2013 we launched Cinder Staffing which is now one of the NW’s leading staffing companies. Starting with technical staffing Cinder Staffing has now grown its breadth beyond just tech. Novus Labs is a new kind of solutions provider. Customers leverage our teams of engineers to fill the gaps in product development and testing, whether that is an area of expertise, infrastructure or every project’s real constraint: Time!2014 Vital Enterprises (VE) was established to align management, direction and strategy across not only Novus Labs, Cinder Staffing, but 14 additional businesses. My role is to facilitate growth and sustainability of businesses across a wide array of verticals as well as the establishment/support of new opportunities. I have 25 yrs of eng and business experience supporting dev and implementations ranging from network processing to wireless comms. Prior to my current roles, I worked at Intel, holding a variety of tech and mgmt roles. I hold a BS in CS from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. I have had the opportunity to provide contributing content to both the "Introduction to the Team Software Process" and "How Google Tests Software."
