Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, construction, and operations to ensure project success. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost estimates for project proposals. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress using project management tools. Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and address any issues or concerns that arise during project execution. Review engineering designs and specifications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations. Prepare technical documentation including project reports, engineering drawings, and specifications. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues. Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of issues. Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues relating to WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, MSO365, Azure, AWS, and security. Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues relating to Microsoft’s core business applications and operating systems on servers and workstations. Maintain close contact and open communication with clients until an issue has been resolved; maintain detailed work logs and technical documentation. Recognize and identify areas where existing technology policies and procedures may need to change, or where new ones need to be developed

Oversee and support the day-to-day operation of computer systems and networks throughout an organization, ensuring reliable performance and data integrity in local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and organization intranets. Setting up Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, G Suite, and other email platforms for account users. Setup and manage domain environments inside of Windows server, including active directory, group policies, Windows Server Update Services(WSUS), Domain Name System(DNS), and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol(DHCP). Management and configurations of client’s firewalls, setting up Virtual Private Networks(VPN) and linking them to Active Directory via Lightweight Directory Access Protocol(LDAP).
