• Service corporate partners, premium suite and seat holders, and season ticket holders proactively and consistently by managing day to day relationships and contract fulfilment of partner assets• Consistent use of systems including but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics 365, ProVenue, Box, Basecamp, Portfolio, Nielsen Sports Connect, Tableau, DocuSign, Skyview Networks AdView, and Reserve• Led digital signage and Homeplate rotational scheduling and radio trafficking for all regular season games and any postseason games• Manage and sell premium inventory for all non-baseball special events taking place at the ballpark• Generate contracts and oversee internal and external approvals for Corporate Partnerships and Premium Suite contracts• Develop end-of-season partnership recaps that include in-season proof of performance photos and affidavits for any signage and activations that took place• Schedule and coordinate the renewal of assigned accounts through providing partnership insight, creating renewal documents, and assist in follow-up and renewal contract generation

• Generate revenue through the sale of group tickets and single game suite rentals• Actively seek new business via prospecting, networking events, cold calls, and in-park appointments• Develop and execute group event programs and theme nights at Progressive Field • Collaborate with service team to organize event bios for groups of 100+ guests in private event spaces• Visit group contacts and fans during home games to continually build relationship and fan engagement• Create and implement targeted email campaigns to drive new sales, renew with growth, and provide important updates to existing clients• Assist other teams within Ticket Sales & Service including Fan Services and Season Ticket Service

• Manage, schedule, and keep inventory of all MLB Ballpark App promotional check-in offers• Create sales mock-ups, proposals, and yearly partnership reviews for the sales team• Assist in radio trafficking, scheduling rotations, and uploading spots to Skyview for the Cleveland Indians radio network• Complete radio affidavits (Create letter, run reports, send letters)• Work with scoreboard team on the development and implementation of Digital LED, scoreboard and static home plate and baseline signage• Fulfillment of partner game day experiences including batting practice experience and ceremonial first pitches• Sell single-game rental suites via inbound client inquiries• Thoroughly enter all information from clients into CRM Dynamics.• Work at the minimum 35 games as a "specialist on duty" to assist with ballpark activations and kiosks, signage and any special requests such as vehicle displays with Lexus and Chevy

• Thoroughly knowledgeable in the policies and procedures of Progressive Field and the Cleveland Indians, including, but not limited to the areas of Ticket Sales and Service, Ballpark Operations Policies and Procedures, Merchandising, Food & Beverage, Human Resources, etc.• Responsible for answering all incoming telephone calls and providing a high level of Cleveland Indians customer service.• Respond and service Fan Services and Fan Feedback e-mails in a timely manner.• Assist with various ticketing projects, including selling them over the phone.• Thoroughly enter all information from fans into CRM Dynamics.• Assist other departments with mailing, projects and or events as needed including, but not limited to Season Ticket Holder events, Tribe Rewards, Batting Practice Extra, etc.

• Provide a high level of customer service throughout the duration of the event• Inspect bags and welcome guests upon their entrance into the arena• Direct guests to the location of their seats, concessions, and various other points of interest

• Consult one-on-one with local and national businesses in your college market about their advertising platform• Sell and market advertising space in your campus publication, and the AroundCampus website and mobile app• Set up appointments and present advertising solutions to countless local business executives• Manage a territory, prospect, build rapport, and close the sale• Enhance interpersonal communication and time-management skills• Work as an individual and in a team environment
