Individually managed the branch office handling day-to-day operations and 250-300 customer accounts monthly. Received / made on average 50-100 calls daily. Portfolio included inventory which were generally repossessed properties.• Managed 14-20 properties ensuring proper marketability that maximized loan origination. Advertised properties, put out signs, hired contractors for repairs, and maintenance, marketed services door to door, and hosted house showings. • Handled inquiries for properties, asked qualifying questions, and conversed with potential customers to maximize every opportunity to qualify them for a loan. Acquired all necessary documents to submit applications. • Managed entire sales process from gaining customer approval, negotiating price and terms to generating the contract, overseeing the insurance quote, and setting up a closing. • Handled collections making daily calls to delinquent customers, resolving matters and effectively working within the guidelines of the Fair Debt Collections Act. Consistently met or exceeded company collection goals. • Provided general customer service by setting up payment arrangements, gathering information for the customer, and also answering general mortgage and loan inquiries. • Handled legal matters including property tax issues, potential foreclosure accounts, vacancies, and bankruptcies.• Field visited customers to resolve matters and also to provide appraisal and marketing plans to the company. Provided pre-foreclosure inspection reports. Solely responsible for getting properties marketable and resolving any issues. • Interfaced extensively with other offices and team members, including the area supervisor, and divisional president.
