I support the team and other trustees in the delivery of the charity's mission to "deliver ambitious and accessible projects with communities in unexpected, often rural places."

I conceived Coventry Biennial of Contemporary Art in response to Coventry City Council's new Cultural Strategy and the city's bid to become UK City of Culture 2021.I lead on programming, fundraising and manage a team of specialists to deliver an ambitious festival, taking place every 2 years, which works with artists from the city, the wider region and leading international practitioners to produce significant exhibitions, events and experiences in Coventry and the surrounding areas for diverse and widespread audiences and participants.

I sit on the advisory board of New Art West Midlands, the contemporary visual arts network for the region. Creating defining opportunities for West Midlands’ artists and curators. Working collectively to safeguard the future of artists and our sector as a whole.The board is made up of both institutional and independent arts professionals and artists, this board provides the New Art West Midlands team with support in ensuring that the organisation achieves it's aims.

I have curated exhibitions and events programmes in various locations including MK Gallery, Leamington Spa Art Gallery and Museum, mac birmingham and non-art spaces including botanical gardens, mountain sides, places of worship as well as online and in print.I have often conducted this work, in close collaboration with artists, using self-initiated pseudo-corporate identities including '[RHP] CDRs' and 'Office for Art, Design and Technology'.

I have installed exhibitions in various locations for festivals, galleries, museums and theatres including Fierce Festival, Ikon Gallery, Symphony Hall, Coventry Artspace Partnerships, Spon Spun, The Pod//Collective and many others.

I am a Trustee of Coventry Artspace Limited, a charity since 2009, which runs projects and events as well as providing services to visual artists in the city and from across the region. Alongside the company coordinator and other trustees I work to ensure that charity achieves its aims.

I developed and curated a survey show of art made for and on the internet since the early 1990's. Called 'Dot.Art' the exhibition included key, early works by Young-Hae Chang Heavy Industries, Heath Bunting and MTAA alongside more recent works by artists working with web 2.0 including Lorna Mills, Ryder Ripps and Rafael Rozendaal.

During my time at Leamington Spa Art Gallery and Museum I worked closely with the curatorial team on installing exhibitions and displays and frequently worked directly with artists, external curators and collections. This frequently involved working in and caring for the galleries own collections which include works by Damien Hirst, Mark Quinn and Noemie Goudal. For around 2 years I was responsible for programming and delivering a series of weekly talks which aimed to contextualise the galleries wider exhibition programme.I also worked as a Duty Manager which included leading the front of house team, caring for the historic building and negotiating with contractors and other service providers.
