As a Sr. District Manager at Grainger, I oversee the operations and performance for the branches in the Rocky Mountain region, managing a team of over 200 associates and driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. I leverage my skills in management, sales, and sales management to coach, mentor, and motivate my team, as well as to develop and execute strategic plans, optimize processes, and ensure compliance and safety.
