Shortly before sitting my final exams I was honoured to be offered a Trainee position with Persimmon Homes Lancashire, at which, I grabbed the opportunity with both hands. During my initial few months various tasks were assigned to me ranging from measurement for development take offs and subcontract payments to liaising with subcontractors and placing.
