I had a variety of responsibilities as a Customer Advocacy Reporting Analyst. Primarily, my responsibility was to create monthly, weekly, and daily reports that reflect all aspects of our department. With my reports we were able to monitor the productivity and adherence to department requirements. Additionally, I analyzed trends among accounts to find and suggest improvements to policy. I frequently provided new procedures and helped train other employees to implement the changes to enhance productivity/workflow/etc.. I worked directly with borrowers to explain the complexities of student loan finances. Often I worked to resolve complex issues on their accounts by working with various departments to find solutions. All of this was done in a fast-paced environment under minimal direct supervision.
