Account Executive
Current• Account Executive Responsibilities:• Proactively advise and introduce new solutions to clients to solve business challenges• Focusing on leveraging technology to provide efficiencies in taking cost of our client's infrastructure• Streamline client IT purchasing via our real-time inventory e-commerce portal• Consolidate and simply software licensing agreements for Tier 1 publishers such as Microsoft, Symantec, Adobe, VMware• Upgrade Wired & Wireless network infrastructures with Tier 1 manufacturers such as Cisco, HP and Juniper• Develop holistic, multi layered security solutions from endpoint to gateway with high availability with partners such as Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Symantec, McAfee, Trend Micro and many more partners• Architect no single point of failure Compute solutions around Virtualization, Shared storage and Disaster Recovery, Backup & Business Continuity with Tier 1 Manufacturers such as EMC, NetApp, HP, IBM and VMware including converged infrastructure solutions such as vBlock, FlexPod, HP Converged and IBM PureSystems• Provide comprehensive lifecycle services around Planning, Deployment, Operations & Refresh• Consistently provide world class client service • Maintain a strong knowledge of leading industry technology innovations and trends such as x86 Virtualization and BYOD • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction
