As the Regional Estimating Manager at Kaiser Permanente, one of the largest integrated health care providers in the US, I lead a team of managers and estimators who are responsible for delivering accurate and timely preconstruction deliverables for a portfolio of construction projects throughout Northern California. I have over 16 years of experience in the construction industry, with a degree in Construction Management from California State University-Chico.My core competencies include project team management/development/succession planning, bidding/contracting, project estimation, cost management, project management, production analysis, process improvement, and implementation. I am also a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) and a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), which demonstrate my commitment to quality, sustainability, and professionalism in my field.
