Residential and commercial boundary and topographical surveying; Resolution in field. Surveyor’s Real Property Reports; residential layout. Title, plat, deed and assessor research. Use and knowledge of total station, including Leica, Trimble, Top-Con, Sokkia; Trimble GPS; Use of data collectors including TDS Recon, 48GX and Ranger. Keeping and organizing records, Chain of Title research. Supervise crews of 1-3 persons. Working independently.
