About Ryan Dougherty

Helping people and teams grow is my passion. I’m a coach, strategist, and team-builder who knows that finding the best answer starts by asking the right questions. My work in sales and marketing over 20 years led to unprecedented growth at George Fox University. By developing people and creating a pipeline of accountable leaders, the university experienced explosive enrollment gains beginning in 2013 leading to an additional $65 million in revenue for the university. As Vice President for Enrollment & Marketing, I built cross-departmental alignment to maximize revenue, improve data analysis & processes and grow people and teams. Under my leadership, from 2012 to 2019 traditional undergraduate enrollment grew by 26%, overall enrollment by 19%, and average freshman net tuition revenue per student by 15%.
