As a Solution Architect, I lead a client's request for changes and new applications from concept through delivery. I am a technical expert and leader, guiding a cross-functional team of developers, designers, quality assurance professionals, and project managers during the implementation of a client's request.I work collaboratively with our clients to understand their challenges and provide subject matter expertise to aid them in making decisions on the best technical solutions to solve their challenges.With a clear understanding of the problem, I will lead the design of the solution using a combination of custom development and existing product features. I am then responsible for creating Statement of Work documents detailing the scope of paid customer project work focused on explaining the solution in clear and understandable terms for the client and the development team. For more complex solutions, I will lead the creation of technical architecture and functional designs focused on secure, scalable, and performant solutions in collaboration with product owners, software architects, data engineers, and developers. Once the work is approved, I provide guidance, mentoring, and direction to our teams of developers, quality assurance testers, and infrastructure specialists during the implementation of a client request. Upon completion of the development, I will ensure the software deliverables meet the defined requirements, including conducting code reviews and acceptance testing. As a senior technical leader in the organization, I am often called upon to provide technical expertise to assist the support and development teams in troubleshooting client-reported issues, determining root causes, and communicating with clients while resolving an incident.

As a Senior developer, I acted in a Team Leader capacity, supervising and mentoring a team of up to 4 developers (local and overseas) to develop enhancements and bug fixes for existing applications that support over 600 client websites. I provided junior developers with work direction and prioritization to ensure development tasks aligned with business objectives and client commitments.I guided cross-functional technical project teams of VueJS developers, Designers, .NET Developers, DevOps Engineers, Quality Assurance Testers, and Infrastructure teams to deliver new applications and modernize legacy solutions used in hundreds of client sites. Significant projects included:- Redesign of our "News Module" to a multi-tenant, Software as a Service (SaaS) application. I was the technical lead for the application development, UX design, and DevOps configuration in addition to developing key components of the solution. - Lead a team of VueJS developers, .NET developers, DevOps engineers, and quality assurance testers to develop a Single Page Application/Microservice File Management solution. - Completed a project to redesign and develop a new template application for the iCreate Content Management System which resulted in a 50% or more reduction in the development effort to deliver new websites. - Designed and developed critical software applications and enhancements including new products and client-specific projects using ASP.NET WebForms, MVC, WebAPI, JavaScript (jQuery), CSS, and Bootstrap.- Developed numerous client websites within the i:Create Content Management System using ASP.NET Web Forms, HTML, JavaScript (jQuery), and CSS.

- Work collaboratively with business partners to identify and select application solutions that meet the defined functional requirements.- Through consultation with business unit representatives, document and define the functional, performance, and disaster recovery requirements for new application solutions.- Act as a technical point of contact for third-party vendors, functioning as a liaison between the vendor and I.T. resources. - Provide technical analysis of vendor deliverables including; statement of work documents, infrastructure, and application architecture design documents.- Compile detailed technical documentation of corporate application solutions, including physical infrastructure and application documentation.- Prepare detailed training materials and conduct business unit end-user training sessions for new application solutions.- Develop application test plans and individual test cases for corporate applications and provide subject matter expertise to peers in the testing of other application solutions.- Provide operational support for new technology solutions including troubleshooting of application issues, and acting as a subject matter expert in the use of the solution to achieve business objectives.

- Define and document the functional requirements for cloud based application solutions in a service oriented architecture (SOA) environment.- Design the application logic and document the functional specification for XML over HTTP based web services and core service methods. Collaborate with our development team to ensure development adheres to the design. - Review and modify existing Java coding to resolve known issues. Develop Java based services used to build web services. - Perform detailed code review of developer deliverables to verfiy adherence to the specification, design, develop, and execute JUnit test cases to validate execution.

- Analyze business requirements and design the application logic and voice user interface for a voiceXML based IVR application written in Java.- Analyze requirements, design, develop, and implement Java based applications which support both the call centre and Voice and Data network team’s daily operations.- Design and execute comprehensive regression testing plans for a variety of call centre applications.- Work collaboratively with the Voice and Data Network team to provide 24/7 support of mission critical call centre applications.

- Analyze, design, and develop applications to support the Voice and Data Network group using HTML, CSS, Coldfusion, Javascript, Java, Oracle 8/9i, and Microsoft Access.- Analyze database structure and design scripts to extract data from telecom applications.- Collaborate with the Voice and Data Network group in the support and maintenance of call centre applications.
