With over a decade of experience in leading quality engineering and operational delivery for software organizations, Ryan LaPensee is the Co-Founder and CEO of PanOptic Quality Systems, a consulting firm that helps clients release software more reliably and efficiently. He holds a master's degree in quality assurance from Cal State, with a focus on healthcare and services. Ryan leverages his skills in problem solving, communication, and Jira to manage a team of eight quality engineers with diverse competencies in software engineering, data science, and data integration. He has successfully implemented BDD practices, SAFE team environment, and cutting-edge technologies to transform the quality engineering mindset from detection to prevention. He is also a passionate entrepreneur and real estate investor, with a growing portfolio of student rentals in East Lansing, Michigan. Ryan is a former professional athlete and a member of the Wayne State University Athletics Hall of Fame.
